Chong Rye Cha was born in South Korea on April 12, 1943.
This artist, through his work, reveals not only the visible outward beauty but also the intrinsic beauty of inner mind, noble and captivating, of unseen, and intangible attribute of mind.
He paints, scrapes, carves, and sublimes memories of the past and the present.
The images created with his repeated lines and colors awaken tranquil inner sensation in us.
